- Responsible for national supply chain planning
- Constant review and plan of S&D strategy quarterly in line with commercial strategy, follow-ups and updates
- Monitoring SIM Vendors activities in relation to Frameworks and ensuring compliance
- Based on forecast model, Recharge / Scratch cards /Number/SIM planning and monthly monitor to ensure no shortages
- Vendor management / Contract management, Continuous looking for new vendors for competitive pricing
- Management of Main store & 12 regional stores through the country
- Devices & terminal management for 4G routers, MIFI, Dongles & Handsets
- Responsible for development of new type of inventory in coordination with vendor i.e. (SIM cards with Normal, Micro & Nano Cuts), Two in one SIM cards etc
- End to End commission management on new sales / activations to manage SAC (Subscriber Acquisition cost)
- Responsible for Annual S&D Budget development and monitoring
- Commission management including; maintaining and updating S&D commission policies, Franchise & Retail Channel (X & Y Cycles calculation and disbursement),
- Franchise Channel Promos Management and Disbursement, Alternate Channel & Retail channel Commissioning, Sales Staff Commission (ASM, BDO & DSO) Calculation, Management , Disbursement
- Analysis & budget management (6+6 and annually budgets)
- Back-end support in align with PTA regulatory, Regulatory & Legal Matters, Franchise Induction, Termination, Ownership changes, Franchise and Distribution Channel
- Operational Issues management, Managing the channel hierarchy in system
- Liaison with CAD and Strategy departments, design and implementation of standardize sales operational & policy & process in line with actions plans

- End to end responsibility of designing and executing Trade Promotions for the Sales Channel.
- End to end responsibility of regional supply chain planning, budgeting and Trade marketing activities.
- Constant review of regional strategy in consideration of regional blue oceans, channel plans and company objectives.
- Independent Market Intelligence of all the sales channels to monitor sales performance.
- S&D Sales Activity and Growth Tracking and performance dashboard management against all set Sales KPI
- Detailed Channel Sales, Revenue and channel productivity analysis.
