 Manager Sales Operations ZONG (A china mobile company) Islamabad.

  1. Responsible for national supply chain planning
  2.  Constant review and plan of S&D strategy quarterly in line with commercial strategy, follow-ups and updates
  3. Monitoring SIM Vendors activities in relation to Frameworks and ensuring compliance
  4. Based on forecast model, Recharge / Scratch cards /Number/SIM planning and monthly monitor to ensure no shortages

  6. Management of Main store & 12 regional stores through the country
  7. Devices & terminal management for 4G routers, MIFI, Dongles & Handsets

  9. End to End commission management on new sales / activations to manage SAC (Subscriber Acquisition cost)
  10. Responsible for Annual S&D Budget development and monitoring
  11. Commission management including; maintaining and updating S&D commission policies, Franchise & Retail Channel (X & Y Cycles calculation and disbursement),
  12. Franchise Channel Promos Management and Disbursement, Alternate Channel & Retail channel Commissioning, Sales Staff Commission (ASM, BDO & DSO) Calculation, Management , Disbursement
  13. Analysis & budget management (6+6 and annually budgets)
  14. Back-end support in align with PTA regulatory, Regulatory & Legal Matters, Franchise Induction, Termination, Ownership changes, Franchise and Distribution Channel

  1. Monitoring Channel Partner activities in relation to Frameworks and ensuring compliance.
  2. Outlet footprint expansion planning– e-Channel, Mobile Commerce, Retailer Stock ordering system, Segmented channels.
  3. Constant coordination with the regional commercial teams for Training of Sales Staff, Data visibility, policies, new product Launches etc.
  4. Manage synergy projects, assist planning and implementation of channel helpline dashboards, regional performance indicators, and new communication model and automation strategies.

  11. Constant review of regional strategy in consideration of regional blue oceans, channel plans and company objectives.
  12. Independent Market Intelligence of all the sales channels to monitor sales performance.
  13. S&D Sales Activity and Growth Tracking and performance dashboard management against all set Sales KPI
  14. Detailed Channel Sales, Revenue and channel productivity analysis.

  1. Supervise the in order to ensure productivity, adherence, workload and their daily KPI’s.
  2. Investigate the customer’s network related issue which they face on SIM and resolve their issues.
  3. Coordination with different departments e.g. (engineering and core) to resolve customer’s issue.
  4. Investigation regarding delays of new sales number activations, due to any network issues
  5. Coordinate with different internal department to resolves customer signals, outgoing calls, incoming calls, incoming & outgoing SMS, International Roaming, GPRS and other different issues.
