Project Management: With broad operational and strategic experience of the Telecommunications Industries, Business Services, IT and Manufacturing sectors I possess excellent organisational capabilities as well as project management skills and techniques. An attention to detail I have a hands on approach to project delivery including the smooth running of everyday operational functions in each area, organising work schedules, directing people, and overseeing processes to ensure every stage is delivered on time, within cost and to a high quality.
I take a strong leadership stance on performance management by consistently driving my team forward to meet project schedules and reach our targets. As operations manager with Mobiserve Pakistan I was responsible for the delivery of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with a significant client (Mobilink), the biggest mobile operator in Pakistan. Under my remit I supervised up to 250 Staff in many regions and oversaw all O&M activity for 800 sites. The success of this lead to strong performance and in turn increased client confidence and as a result I was able negotiate with our client control over a higher number of BTS sites to 2500 and 15 MSC sites nationwide.
As Project Manager I ensure the procurement and delivery of every project is legally and regulatory compliant in line with government and organisational controls and include tight financial controls and reporting requirements.
Highly risk aware I am practiced in ensuring all risk assessments are fully carried out at every stage of the projects delivery maintaining appropriate internal monitoring and audit reporting procedures and having adequate contingency Plans in place.
 

Financial Management: Extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of finance, dealing with $multi-million projected revenues in each of my roles including financial analysis, cost controls, process improvements, financial risk assessment and budget allocations, as well as implementing policies while facilitating overhead cost reduction.
With Mobiserve I took full financial responsibility of organisation Profit & Loss accounts, Budgeting and monitoring monthly financial results. I also identified significant cost saving opportunities through the introduction of a robust monthly reporting system that quickly highlighted significant inefficiencies in the corporate finance to the senior management team. Technology Integration: I am a strong believer in innovative practices and the use of technology effectively particularly in developing more efficient reporting and financial risk management processes.
 

New Business and Product Development: During my career I have helped develop and launch numerous new products and services have acquired sound commercial awareness. I am acutely aware of the need to maintain revenues and seek out fresh income generation opportunities particularly in austere economic conditions. I have highly developed skills to attract new business to increase sales and profitability, including bid management as well as renegotiating contracts including $multi-million contracts with world’s leading consumer mobile companies securing savings of $millions per annum. As O&M manager Mobiserve Egypt, I was able to renegotiate our contracts with our client (Mobinil) to significantly increase contract value.

 
With Mobiserve Tunis, I developed innovative partnering arrangements with clients and suppliers that were mutually beneficial and helped maximise profits to ensure continued growth and competitiveness. In a short time I was able to increased projects from 1 to 5 and secure new accounts with new and existing clients and increase our sales by 200% in 2010-2011. Earlier in 2009 following intensive commercial activity I gained contracts from two new major clients (Orange and Huawei) increasing revenue by 194% from the previous year.
In my role with Mobiserve Tunis I was responsible for Pre-launch preparations for the TE project for the 3rd Operator in Tunis (Orange Tunisia), form all related aspects (Contract, SLA, P&L, HR, resources, etc).
With an impeccable client management skills and using my unique knowledge and insight of the telecom sector to plan an account building and project management strategy to deliver the client’s needs, whilst meeting top- and bottom-line fiscal and target objectives. I Introduced new commercial and supply-chain models underpinned by robust sales and operational planning processes and supplier collaboration substantially increasing Mobiserve’s speed to market delivering annual efficiencies in the region of $ millions.
 

Client Relationship Management CRM: I have developed a strong strategic understanding of CRM and partnership working and in my current role have extensive experience of managing all supplier relationships and business development partnerships localised and globally as well as ensuring high quality service delivery and customer services.
The ability to develop and maintain key Client Relations allows me to effectively manage client portfolios, identify prospective clients, turn ‘cold client leads’ into ‘warm leads’ while continually building and improving my relations with existing customers, achieved through exceptional client follow up; client liaison processes including ensuring customer satisfaction; dealing with complaints quickly and efficiently; keeping regular contact meetings and using ’hand-holding’ customer care techniques.
Working for Mobiserve I developed and managed strategic partnerships with OTT, Orange & Huaweii helping to secure a competitive advantage by achieving procurement efficiencies on Budgets of $7.2M.
 

Leadership and Change Management: I am a commercially driven, results-orientated leader with a history of spearheading business leadership and organisational change programmes including managing multi-country operations, by managing the change process clearly and transparently and successfully implementing each stage of the change by setting out management roles, delivery milestones, timescales and impact measures.
As General Manager with Mobiserve UAE I faced a very sever situation due to the business decline in Dubai and as a consequence had to make tough decisions to restructure the organisation leading to an extreme downsizing to 40% of the company. Due to strong leadership hard decisions were made and decisive actions taken that managed to save the company from going under saving further job losses.
My leadership skills include the robust interpretation of management information and the ability to make key strategic decisions based on clear evidence. I am able to take control and lead people by communicating detailed plans to drive forward the business, encourage innovation and motivate staff by defining SMART goals and targets.

People Management Skills: During my career I have developed exceptional people management skills where I manage various Mobiserve divisions with up to 450+ employees. I foster an environment of team building and continuous professional development CPD for all staff by encouraging collaborative working relationships and facilitating learning and training opportunities to improve motivation and in turn improve productivity, increase performance and achieve organizational goals. As the General Manager for Mobiserve Tunis, I introduced an intensive staff training programme on new products and service areas and QHEC ensuring every member of staff, 137 in total had sufficient knowledge and expertise to deliver to our customers.
With Mobiserve Pakistan I successfully introduced a new staff motivation plan, which allows us to invest in our people’s development by introducing employee incentives for O&M staff that were aligned to clients KPI’s / per region. This helped to raise aspirations and maximize potential.
