– design and development of ad – hoc reports within the business intelligence tool (Microstrategy),
– maintenance and distributing suite of regular reports,

– implementing improvements to reports usability and exploiting delivery methods to allow
easier access to key insight across the region,
– utilising business knowledge to combine with data analysis to provide meaningful business
