Being a very driven and results oriented person has empowered me to always work in sales and fast paced environments. I have worked in Tech recruitment for the past 10 years and have a solid background in recruiting for Enterprise and startup UK and EU based clients across industries such as Travel, Insurance, Security and Retail with a focus on Data recruitment.
Managing the end to end process with excellent headhunting and “market mapping” skills has allowed me to build longterm candidate and client relationships across the EU. These coupled with my relationship management prowess and honest approach has enabled me to partner with stakeholders of all levels up to VIP/founder and permitted me to be one of the top performers for any employer.

This is a company that I have co-founded. We collaborate with German/UK based enterprise and startup clients providing remote recruitment expertise such as headhunting, Account management, recruitment strategy and market mapping/executive search across specific regions and technical expertise for Data professionals. I am also responsible for the training and management of staff members and New Business Development.

Engage PSG
Engage PSG was a startup recruitment company of around 30 employees. I was headhunted and brought onboard by the company co-founders to head up the German Big data and Analytics desk from initiation.
Achievements:
· Successfully made permanent candidate placements into new German based clients such as Rocket Internet (Foodpanda, Zalando, etc), Adidas and UK companies Expedia and British car Auctions.

Company became dormant due to internal issues

Freelance Senior Recruiter / Account Manager – European IT markets | (2007 – 2008)
EuroStaff Group Ltd, London
I was employed as a trainee consultant in IT recruitment for a 2 year in a row leading Virgin Fast Track 100 company based in central London. My main role was to develop new business, manage current accounts and resource/headhunt candidates. I also attended external client meetings abroad and gave company presentations to clients such as IBM and Canon. It would be my responsibility to negotiate SLA’s and be the point of contact for the company. During my short tenure I was able to bank for the company over 130k and worked my way up to senior recruiter for Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg (Benelux).
