Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic VIP Acquisition Manager to join our team. The VIP Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in acquiring and retaining high-value players for our platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and retain VIP players, ensuring an exceptional gaming experience while meeting business objectives.


  • Acquiring new VIP players to start playing on the platform.
  • Developing VIP player acquisition strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-value players, ensuring personalised and attentive service.
  • Possessing knowledge of the casino and sportsbook offers to effectively guide VIP players and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills to engage with VIPs, understand their needs, and offer promotions or special offers effectively.
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Implementing strategies to retain VIP players, such as exclusive promotions, personalised rewards, and special events.
  • Implementing strategies to attract new VIP players.
  • Utilising analytics tools to track VIP player behaviour, preferences, and activity, using data for personalised service (hand in hand with the CRM team).
  • Being available and flexible with the schedule, preferably during VIP players’ favourite hours, understanding the importance of timely responses and support.
  • Monitoring VIP player accounts for potential risks or issues and taking proactive measures to ensure responsible gaming practices.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding VIP player information and transactions.
  • Negotiating terms and offers with VIP players, ensuring a balance between player satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Organising experiences for VIP players to enhance their loyalty and engagement.
  • Initiating proactive communication with VIP players to inform them of special promotions, bonuses, or personalised incentives.
  • Staying informed about gaming regulations, especially with Curacao license and compliance standards, to ensure all interactions adhere to legal requirements.
  • Gathering feedback from VIP players to understand their experience and identify areas for improvement. Sharing with the team to ensure we are up to date with VIPs’ movements and preferences.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and retaining VIP players.
  • Existing database of VIP players ready to bring to the platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in gaming regulations, particularly with Curacao license and compliance standards.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

 Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary 60-100,000 EUR
  • Commission: 10-12% RS from players coming from the VIP manager
  • 28 days paid annual leave
