Having a soft spot for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is a major advantage.

Your challenges will include

  • Ensure excellent ROI on campaigns
  • Ensure high levels of conversion, retention and reactivation
  • Brainstorm and take ownership of campaigns
  • Lead projects from start to finish
  • Execute promotions
  • Oversee and manage the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM systems with other business applications
  • Generate reports and provide analysis on CRM performance metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM technologies


  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in Casino CRM
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Basic understanding of how integrations work
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as would be advantageous
