One of our global Online Casino & Sportsbook clients has seen massive growth in the last 2 years and is looking for a Dutch speaking Sportsbook Ops Specialist for the following position:

As Sportsbook Operations Specialist, you will have a deep understanding of sports betting. You are familiar with what is popular among the Dutch market and what can motivate a player to place a bet. You are precise, analytically skilled, organized and can plan ahead.

Your first 3 months:

  • Familiarize with tools and back-office systems for daily operations
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of Sportsbook offerings, compare with competitors, and assess upcoming promotions
  • Introduce yourself to various company stakeholders
  • Establish connections with 3rd party providers

Responsibilities:

  • Update Sports landing page for competitiveness and alignment
  • Monitor competitors for ongoing product competitiveness
  • Request ‘special’ markets with boosted odds
  • Contribute to end-to-end campaign planning
  • Provide detailed reports on promotions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on bonuses and event promotions
  • Act as second-line support for customer service queries
  • Coordinate with CRM team for promotional send-outs
  • Assist Marketing team in setting up acquisition promotions
  • Maintain effective communication with 3rd party providers

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in online marketing, Sportsbook, or CRM/retention
  • Solid understanding of sports betting
  • Thorough knowledge of popular sports events in Dutch market
  • Proficient in analytical and reporting skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational abilities for managing multiple projects
  • Ability to identify and implement strategies for product optimization
  • Proactive and positive “can-do” mindset
  • Detail-oriented with effective project coordination from A-Z
