One of our London-based iGaming Operators who have been established for 2 years focusing on the LATAM market, are looking for a fully remote Marketing Executive to work as CRM support.

  • CRM Support: Assist in implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies, including database management, segmentation, and targeted communications to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
  • Affiliate Management Assistance: Support the management of affiliate partnerships, including assisting with onboarding new affiliates, monitoring performance, and optimising commission structures to drive affiliate marketing effectiveness.
  • Digital Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Digital Acquisition Manager to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC), Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Programmatic Advertising.
  • Social Media Management Assistance: Aid in managing social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and basic performance tracking to build brand awareness and drive engagement among target audiences.
  • Public Relations (PR) Support: Provide support in PR efforts, including the development of press releases, media outreach, event coordination, and basic management of relationships with media partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Reporting and Analysis Assistance: Assist in monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics, affiliate performance, and CRM data to optimise marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Requirements:

  • Native English Speaker: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in iGaming: Minimum of 2 years of experience working within the iGaming industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and industry trends.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team.
  • Desired joining date: March.
