Our exciting iGaming startup client is seeking a Marketing Director who will be responsible for developing the marketing and channel strategies to ensure the continued growth of a market-leading product and deliver an exceptional user experience.

The role would be suited to an individual with a track record of delivering growth within the iGaming industry who is comfortable to spearhead the marketing department for a rapidly expanding company with a focus on Acquisition rather than retention.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively target global markets, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Lead and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and content marketing, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and goals.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and areas of growth within the market.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand strategy.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the iGaming sector.
  • Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Role is to manage a growing team of 5 people
  • Any experience within Grey markets particularly Asia would be a great advantage.


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the iGaming industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience at a Director level or similar senior marketing role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and trends into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing marketing teams.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a keen understanding of how to leverage them for brand growth in the market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
