One of our startup clients within the iGaming industry is looking for an HR Manager/Advisor for the following role.  This would be their first HR hire for the company so they can be flexible about job title or salary depending on the experience of the candidates.  Please see more details below:


– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

– Responsible for payroll with ADP

– Develop company policies

– Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
– Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday, Taleo)
– Stay up-to-date with current employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance


– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Nice to have)
– Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws within the Netherlands

– Knowledge of payroll

– Knowledge of implementing company policy.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

-Dutch speaking is preferable but not a must have
