Our client that currently caters to over 3 million users per month and is working to become the world’s leading destination brand in their chosen industry, is looking for a new Head of Sales.

Your Mission 

  • Take overall ownership for our overall B2B clients, B2B partners, Sales Operations, Customer Service
  • Lead, build, motivate and coach a high-performance New Sales & Key Account Management team
  • Develop and coordinate a supplier base for sales support functions
  • Take responsibility for international acquisition of new and existing customers for small and medium-sized enterprises in the B2B environment
  • Speak to your top customers frequently to understand their needs and work with the growing department to launch new products in the field
  • Ensure any customer performance issues and complaints are fully investigated and resolved promptly and efficiently
  • Constantly review the results of customer-facing teams from a commercial perspective
  • Proactively participate in the performance management process to ensure delivery of your own as well as the wider team’s objectives
  • Build a customer acquisition strategy with the aim of landing new clients and develop B2B marketing strategies to activate the sales of our current business clients and generate new leads
  • Lead a cost-efficient, customer-driven execution of the sales strategy to deliver growth and profit targets of the business
  • Align with teams across the company (country clusters, accounting, marketing, operations)

You Offer

  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience and proven sales management achievements in Online B2B
  • Strong leadership skills, empathical and inspiring leader
  • Super sense of ownership, team achievement and independency carrying out initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and German
  • Analytical mind that translates numbers quickly into actions
  • Substantial experience in Sales Ops and Sales BI management, CRM and sales tools
  • Strong presentation skills, building effective pitchdecks and customer reviews
  • Driven to achieve highest possible effectiveness in daily work and constantly improve customer satisfaction
  • Callcenter Pre-Sales/Inbound-Sales experience is a plus
  • Hands-on with a get-it-done mentality
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
