The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Payments who will work with team members to manage and improve current payments processes, recording and analysis. As Head of Payments, you will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure Our client  provides competitive, seamless payments solutions to customers from all global regions.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for facilitating smooth deposits / withdrawals process on Our client across different products.
  • Explore and onboard multiple payments solutions for Our client across FIAT and crypto across multiple regions.
  • Update daily payments records.
  • Monitor receipt of settlements from PSPs that settle on a regular basis and ensure they are being made on time.
  • Fraud & Chargeback policy administration.
  • Assist payment providers in the integration process with Our client .
  • Work closely with management to structure optimal commercials with PSPs across multiple regions.
  • Successful implementation of a forward-thinking risk and fraud management strategy.
  • Implementing payments optimization strategies to maximize deposit levels.
  • Driving and successfully implementing the key fraud and payments projects.
  • Ensuring maximum efficiency of the payment’s functions through detailed statistical analysis of all payment’s areas.
  • Overseeing the payments processing function and ensuring the quickest possible turnaround times on customer withdrawals.
  • Ownership and management of payment and fraud 3rd party relationships, including: banks, PSPs, verification providers, acquirers, fraud systems.
  • Directing, guiding, and providing leadership to the Payments Department.
  • Working in partnership with compliance and the Head of Marketing (CRM) and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing and implementing a strategy regarding customer registration, verification, due diligence, KYC and AML policies and processes.
  • Ensuring that all departmental objectives, KPIs and SLAs are met, and ideally exceeded.
  • Assist with other tasks as required by senior management.

Skills / Competencies Required:

  • At least two year’s experience working in a payment role in iGaming / sports betting / online casino is essential for this role
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar preferred
  • Self-motivated and highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Process driven, can effectively manage tasks, report progress, plan time and work to deadlines
  • Adaptable and happy to take on new challenges but recognise when to seek guidance
  • Can do attitude and willing to lend a hand with other teams when required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid experienced using Microsoft Office packages, able to use formulas in Excel
