The Role:

  • Responsible for creating and leading the Marketing strategy and execution
  • Responsible for managing the Marketing team and contributing to CS, Product, CA, CR departments
  • Work in collaboration with management to build and achieve KPIs
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on strategy performance
  • Responsible for the marketing funnel: from acquisition, conversion to retention.
  • Liaise with the compliance officer / head of Product for tnc’s sign off
  • Liaise with the communication team to select the most suitable channel and tone of voice
  • Budget campaigns and optimize bonus and acquisition costs
  • Ensure promotional scenarios are fully tested and signed off before going live
  • Monitor and mitigate promotional abuse
  • Report and analyse KPI (bonus cost, uniques, GGR, margin, retention rate) in order to optimise future campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders on the success of onsite and offsite Campaigns, CRM lifecycle activities, demonstrating a deep understanding of what motivates customers.
  • Liaise with third party providers to subscribe on network promotional activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least four years of Marketing experience, including CRM, acquisition, SEO and PPC being a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and processes
  • Experience managing a multi-channel environment
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver solutions in exacting timelines and demanding environments
  • Understanding of customer profiling and behavioural trends
  • Hard working, flexible and enthusiastic about meeting challenges with solutions
  • Good working knowledge of HTML
  • Proficient user of Excel
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish both written and verbal
