Our client that currently caters to over 3 million users per month and is working to become the world’s leading destination brand in their chosen industry, is looking for a new Head of Content Operations.

Your Mission

  • Build a global content operations team with outstanding performance and quality
  • Define workflows, processes and performance frameworks
  • Identify and manage service providers
  • Drive the delivery of a number of projects, such as various types of inspirational visual contents, curations and collections, product reviews, merchandizing contents, blogs etc
  • Work with product managers to deliver our content database tools
  • Manage the team on a daily basis distributing tasks in a agile way based on the fields of expertise (e.g. copywriting, imagery and design)
  • Identify relevant topics and develop a compelling and creative editorial calendar
  • Support the work of the Content Operations team by exploring content briefs and by facilitating the generation of new ideas
  • Continuously improve the content quality whilst monitoring our content KPIs
  • Work in close collaboration with Online Marketing, Brand Marketing, SEO team, CRM and Product Marketing/ Sales to enable the teams to run successful campaigns

You offer

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar education
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position preferably
  • Very good communication skills in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus
  • Proven ability to implement result driven and efficient editorial processes
  • Excellent knowledge of the vendor landscape, you chose the right setup and create on point briefings for each individual process
  • Proven skill in writing really good stories from data and reports to blogs and the understanding of business impact in engaging customers, acquiring users, improving conversion or search rankings
  • Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
  • Strong leadership skills, empathical and inspiring leader
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Very hands-on attitude, extremely efficient and self-organized
  • Think more in terms of capabilities than impossibilities. Comes with useful suggestions to solve problems
  • Anticipate opportunities and also not afraid to take chances in addressing risks
