As a CRM Executive you will execute our global and localised campaigns for Casino, Live Casino and Sports products. Your focus will be on working on the monthly CRM calendar, making sure the campaigns are launched on time. You will coordinate with other central and local teams to ensure the campaigns are accurate and high quality. You will also help to analyse and improve our campaigns and processes.

As a CRM Executive, You Will:

  • Execute Casino, Live Casino and Sports CRM campaigns using all communication channels including web pages, email, SMS and push notification.

  • Ensure all campaigns and customer communications are executed according to campaign schedules, following brand guidelines and compliance.

  • Ensure all campaigns are launched on time.

  • Coordinate with Creative, Compliance, Content, Casino, Sports and Market Teams to deliver high quality campaigns.

  • Ensure promotions page on site is up to date with correct information.

  • Create basic campaign reports and monitor results to actively help to optimize and improve campaigns based on findings.

  • Liaise with Customer Support Team to answer customer questions about campaigns and solve campaign incidences.


  • Campaign execution on time.

  • Campaigns executed accurately following the monthly CRM plan.

You Possess:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same or similar position

  • Understanding of Casino, Live Casino and Sports campaigns

  • Proficient in English both written and spoken

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming

  • A high level of personal ownership and proactivity

  • Teamwork approach, able to openly share and discuss information, and various opinions

  • Highly developed time management and organizational skills

  • A strong attention to detail

  • Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and/or Spanish languages skills are an advantage

  • Able to work in the busy and constantly changing environment of iGaming CRM
