As a Casino Partnerships Account Manager, you will play pivotal role in enhancing our offerings by managing and building on existing and new partner relationships. In this role, you’ll manage existing relationships and execute the development of strategies related to new partnerships. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth, optimize interdepartmental communication and internal processes, and increase customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in iGaming Partnership Management, exceptional negotiation skills, strategic thinking, deep knowledge of the RNG and Live Casino product, connections with all main game suppliers and a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations.

As a Casino Partnerships Account Manager you will:
  • Manage and build on existing partner relationships;
  • Identify and  develop relationships, as well as negotiate deals with new partners;
  • Develop roadmaps for the RNG/Live Casino product;
  • Improve and optimize bonus spending, elaborate a monetization strategy of the website and sign additional commercial agreements with providers regarding marketing contributions;
  • Develop the strategies for bespoke and the exclusive games;
  • Provide Marketing and CRM teams with guidelines regarding exclusive games and agreed promotions;
  • Participate in QBRs with all the suppliers, ensuring the implementation of all consequent required actions and improvements;
  • Proactively seek for opportunities to streamline existing processes and develop new ones;
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of products and tech teams on continuous improvements and innovation to the Casino and Live Casino Products.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience as a Casino Partnership Manager / Casino Account Manager or similar roles in the iGaming industry (3 years);
  • Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals;
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities;
  • In-depth knowledge of iGaming contracts and rates, including clauses related to taxation, bonus cap and marketing contributions;
  • In-depth knowledge of Casino and Live Casino games, platforms and player behavior;
  • Proficient in negotiation and techniques for decision-making;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Strong presentation skills for communicating product strategies to stakeholders;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines;
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and innovations;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluency in English.
