Head of Marketing & CRM

Full-time – 40 hours per week

Location: London or Remote

One of our exciting start-up iGaming clients is looking for an Affiliate to help grow their customers base across their diverse product offering in both sportsbook and casino.

The Role:
▪ Responsible for creating and leading the Marketing strategy and execution
▪ Responsible for managing the Marketing team and contributing to CS,
Product, CA, CR departments
▪ Work in collaboration with management to build and achieve KPIs
▪ Provide weekly and monthly reports on strategy performance
▪ Responsible for the marketing funnel: from acquisition, conversion to
retention.
▪ Liaise with the compliance officer / head of Product for tnc’s sign off
▪ Liaise with the communication team to select the most suitable channel
and tone of voice
▪ Budget campaigns and optimize bonus and acquisition costs
▪ Ensure promotional scenarios are fully tested and signed off before going
live
▪ Monitor and mitigate promotional abuse
▪ Report and analyse KPI (bonus cost, uniques, GGR, margin, retention rate)
in order to optimise future campaigns.
▪ Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders on the success of onsite
and offsite Campaigns, CRM lifecycle activities, demonstrating a deep
understanding of what motivates customers.
▪ Liaise with third party providers to subscribe on network promotional
activities
